- Select 'Add Player'
○ You must enter the player's first, last & birthdate. Please get the birthdate correct. This is an important field.
○ You must enter at least one parent's first, last & email address. It is very important this is added as this is used as the main means of communicating to parents when there's organizational news. It is preferred that you add both parents so that communication will be sent to both parents.
○ By default the player's Profile will not be enabled until you enable it. You can do this from the "Actions" button that's alongside the player, or you can do it from the main "Actions" button at the top.
If you run into any of these scenarios:
○ A player is duplicated
○ The player name is the same as the parent
○ Parents are duplicated
If you have a player from another team, click the "Find Missing Player" button to locate them.
If you have a player profile that isn't showing up, make sure that player's profile has been enabled. Click the 'Action' button next to the player's name and select the 'Enable Profile' button.
Or, from the top 'Actions' button, select the 'Enable All Player Profiles' button.
If your players have purchased analytics and they are not showing on their profile, make sure your team's analytics has been enabled. Click the top 'Actions' button and select the 'Enable External Analytics' button.
If you still do not see the player's analytics, please contact support.
